Bio:

Josef Kimberger, M.Sc., started his career in the brewing industry by doing his apprenticeship at Augustiner Brewery Munich in 2009. After graduating at TUM in brewing and beverage technology in 2017, he joined a research team at the Technical University Munich. After focusing in data standardization in SCADA systems in the brewing sector, Josef shifted to Data Science as a project engineer at Bitburger with the key responsibility for machine learning solutions in manufacturing processes.
