Dr. Marc Egger joined Mediengruppe RTL in May 2019 and as Head of Data Science is responsible for all AI und Data Science activities within the video-on-demand sector as well as on consumer-facing products such as search, discovery and recommendation. Before joining Mediengruppe RTL, he was directing of a startup company. Dr. Egger is the author of various peer-reviewed publications and the co-publisher of the book “Computational Social Science in the Age of Big Data”.
